If you need a visa to enter Belgium it is important that you start making the arrangements as soon as possible.

Invitation letters
If you do require a visa to enter Belgium, then you will need a letter of invitation from us to support your application. Please register to attend POST-EXPO, tick the VISA box and we will issue your letter of invitation.

Other documents required to obtain a business visa

• Passport with at least six months' validity beyond period of visa, with at least one blank page
• A completed application form DOWNLOAD FORM
• Two recent colour passport-size photographs of applicant 
• A letter of invitation including; purpose and duration of stay, nature of business relationship between both companies.
• Documents proving sufficient funds for the entire journey.
• Proof of valid travel insurance policy.
• Proof of transport arrangements (return ticket): as soon as your visa application has been approved, you must submit a return ticket (in your name and non-transferable) in order for the visa to be issued.
