  What is the conference cancellation policy?
We must receive all cancellations in writing before the conference.

The following information indicates the time-scale and monies due for different cancellation periods.

Cancellations received:
More than 30 days before the conference – full refund/no payment due.
More than 14 days and up to 30 days before the conference – 50% refund and 50% payment due.
14 days or less before the conference – no refund/full payment due.

Substitutions can be made in writing up to seven days before the show.
 
  Is the exhibition open to the public?
No. Post-Expo is a trade-only show

Your free exhibition entry badge will give you access to both exhibitions. If you have registered for the conference, your conference delegate badge will give you access to all sessions of the World Postal Business Forum, Operations Conference, Technology Workgroups and the Courier and Parcel Logistics Conference on the days for which you register.
