An innovative new electric trailer for cycle couriers will be introduced by K-Ryole. It can be plugged onto the back of any bicycle in seconds and enables the rider to pull heavy loads without reducing momentum or affecting manoeuvrability. The trailer can carry up to 250kg (550 lb), and can be adapted to suit different loads, including postal packets and fresh food.
K-Ryole has been specifically designed to suit last-mile delivery firms that are struggling to meet both the explosion in parcel volumes and sustainable mobility challenges. The company is currently testing its electric trailers with French postal operator Le Groupe La Poste for postal packets delivery, and Intermarché for fresh goods delivery.
